Install in NinjaTrader 8

Close NinjaTrader completely, then reopen it and go to Tools → Import → NinjaScript Add-On. Browse to the .zip you just downloaded (don't unzip it first) and click Import. Restart NinjaTrader if prompted.

Add it to a chart and activate your license

Right-click any chart → Strategies → New → select TrendLineTrader. Paste your license key into the License Key field under the "6. License" group, check Enabled, and click OK. Full walkthrough is in the manual above.
